Update regarding the School:
Early analysis of the emissions tests from North Norfolk District Council confirm that the levels of Co2 from the area outside the school are of normal levels and don't constitute a risk to the school children which is a relief, the test is to be continued for a while to get a long term snapshot at the emissions data
Despite this they're are still significant reasons to push ahead for the new school, there will be significant housing developments over the next year after adoption of the new local plan and it is only right that Norfolk County Council recommits itself to the new primary school to ensure that services meet local demand and ensure that the children of Holt have a primary school that is fit for purpose and meets educational requirements
I am continuing to work hard along with Holt Town Council fellow district Holt District Councillor Martin Batey, NNDC staff as well as our local MP Steffan Aquarone to push NCC to return to honour their original pledge for a new school that will better serve our great town π
Now more than ever it extremely important to make our voices heard and sign the petition for County Hall to do the right thing, to listen to what our town needs and deliver what they initially intended βοΈ
