Even when it’s not a volunteering day at the paddock, some of us just can’t switch off! This little patient has been discharged for home treatment and is currently undergoing intensive surgery in the garage. With a bit of luck, a few cups of tea, and only minimal swearing, it should be back on the fields soon

Before/after at The Family Hub at Mornington Road

This morning two of our volunteers helped the Family Hub at Mornington Road by cleaning the Reading garden. There were what appeared to be years of moss which required scraping, brushing and eventually jet washing.

This uncovered several arty paintings underneath.

Unfortunately time and the heat got the better of us so we will return at some point to trim the plants back.
