Your Local Pantry - Smethwick

Your Local Pantry Smethwick is a community food store set up to create a sustainable, long-term solu Masks must be worn in the shop unless exempt.

Your Local Pantry Smethwick is reopening at Smethwick Library, High Street, Smethwick, B66 3AP on Wednesday 6th October

We are open every Wednesday from 10:00-2.30 for Pantry Members only. The weekly membership fee is £4 and each member is assigned a time slot to complete their shop. We have measures in place to ensure the safety of all our customers, staff and volunteers. Please do not attend if

Our staff and volunteer team are all part-time and we are currently experiencing a higher-than-normal demand on our services. Please bear with us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. This pantry is part of Smethwick Church Action Network which is a joint response from Smethwick’s churches to serve our neighbours in times of crisis and help facilitate a transition from a place of need, to one of opportunity, hope and self-sufficiency. Unfortunately,Smethwick Pantry will be closing down after its last session on Wednesday the 3rd of June. This is due to us not securing funding which would have allowed us to care on.Any donations of food and toiletries will be used to serve clients until we close, and if we have anything remaining, it will be donated to other local pantries who provide food provisions.
