We're pleased to be working alongside Veterans Outreach Support (VOS) and PHL Group to offer FREE health checks for veterans at C2U Gosport CIC.

📅 Wednesday 24th June 2026
🕦 11:30am – 4:00pm
📍 C2U Gosport CIC, 41 High Street, Gosport, PO12 1DF

No appointment needed – simply drop in and speak with the healthcare professionals on site.
Health checks will include: ✔️ Lifestyle review
✔️ Height & weight
✔️ BMI check
✔️ Resting pulse
✔️ Blood pressure
✔️ Cholesterol screening (HDL & LDL)
✔️ Diabetes screening
✔️ Lifestyle guidance and advice where appropriate

These 20-minute health checks are designed to help veterans better understand their health and wellbeing, with professional advice available throughout.
