DONATIONS NEEDED! We're in need of preloved ladies and mens clothing, shoes, handbags and good quality homeware and bric a brac in order to keep raising funds for the cats and kittens in care of Cats Protection - Stourbridge, Dudley and Wyre Forest Branch.

🐾 We're heading to Picnic in the Park! 🐾

We are delighted to be attending Picnic in the Park at Warley Woods, Smethwick on Sunday 5th July.

Come along and find our stall, meet some of our friendly volunteers and learn more about the work we do helping cats in our local area.

We'll also have a fantastic tombola with lots of prizes to be won, so make sure you stop by and have a go!

Every pound raised helps us continue supporting cats and kittens in need.

Did you know a mature cat can take 3 times longer to be adopted than a kitten?

Here at Cats Protection we campaign the adopting of all cats whatever the age 😺

So what are the benefits of adopting a mature cat?

1. You know what to expect as they have experience a kitten doesn’t have.

2. More likely to be a lap cat= more cuddles!!

3. Less supervision is needed with older cats as they are generally less frantic than a kitten.

Meet Willow, the single sweetheart 🐾

Willow is one on her own, a delightful little black cat with a sweet and gentle nature. She is full of confidence and as curious as can be.

She is looking for a home where she can have lots of fuss and things to do to keep her busy. Willow will follow her owner everywhere and likes to be involved in whatever is going on, even “helping” with jobs around the house like typing on a keyboard or anything that needs investigating.

She prefers company to food and, although tiny, she has a big personality.

Willow came from a multi-cat household and had not received veterinary care before coming to Cats Protection. She has since been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and treated for parasites. She is doing really well in foster care but would love to be in a real home as soon as possible.
