When I first had the idea for The Bemoore Foundation I wanted to provide something that supported young women to feel good about themselves.

As someone who had experienced bullying in my younger years which led to a period of home schooling and someone who has really faced the challenge of high anxiety at different point in my life I felt I empathised to a certain degree how it felt to try and find your own place.

Add to that being a mum and step mum to 3 daughters myself watching them go through growing up and schooling and coming into such a visual and critical world with so many messages .. it felt so important to do something.

We are a small organisation that's true but when we work with someone we do make a true difference .. 1 young woman at a time !

So why not come and join us for our first ever quiz night on 23rd April The Kingfisher Bedford. We have just 1 table left for a team of 6 - that could be you .

We have a host of raffle prizes to win and we have a mini auction taking place to win a B and B stay at The Kingfisher for 2 people!

I am delighted to announce our The Bemoore Foundation 2026 Fundraiser is now here !

In conjunction with The Kingfisher Bedford who are being fabulous supporters - it The Bemoore Foundation quiz night 🙂

23rd April - the fun starts at 7pm !

Tables of 6 for £30.

Win what could become the coveted Foundation Quiz Trophy and help us raise funds to support the young women in your community with our funded coaching programmes.

We are also looking for support from local businesses - do you have a raffle or auction prize to offer in return for our heart felt thanks and much praise on the socials ?
