We are having a plant sale at the front of Lewes House, 32 High Street, Lewes, next Friday the 1st May 2026. Lots of lovely, cheap plants - most grown by us - and all proceeds go to our project. Come and say hello, look around the garden, and go home with a plant for you or a loved one!

We would also happily accept donations of plants we can sell, and also carrier bags as we tend to get through a lot of them!

We will be outside Lewes House selling plants from 11am-3pm. Hope to see you then 😊🌼🐝

What else is there to do when faced with highly compacted, rooty soil? Preparing this bed for hungry runner beans means breaking up the soil with our trusty mattock and adding plenty of well-rotted manure 🐴

Believe it or not, this is a pine cone! We had a lot of fun today smearing cones with peanut butter and rolling them in seeds to make rustic bird feeders. What else do you do on a chilly January day?
