The Water is Wide is a free gentle and welcoming community singing project at Leominster Community Centre (School Road, Leominster, HR6 8NJ). It’s focused on wellbeing, confidence and connection through simple group singing. There are two different groups each Tuesday:

• 10.30–12.00 – Mothers’ Singing Circle
• A gentle, social group for mums, carers and friends (babes in arms welcome)

• 2.30–4.00 – Songs of Connection (open to all adults).
• Simple Herefordshire folk and community songs, and a relaxed space for adults to sing, meet others and build confidence.

People can register in advance here: tinyurl.com/LeominsterSinging, but equally they're very welcome to just come along.

Carers Rights Day is all about empowering carers to take up their rights as and when they need them. While information and awareness are important, we also have practical advice and resources that can help you feel more supported in your caring journey.

We have just launched our newest edition of our Being Heard guide. This has been designed to help you understand your rights, communicate your needs with professionals, and look after your wellbeing.

Alongside this, our brand-new Financial Toolkit is now available, This is designed to highlight some positive steps you can take to keep your finances under control.
