💜 We’re proud to be part of something truly special.

At Wye Knot Community, our Dementia Tea Parties are about so much more than tea and cake. They create opportunities for connection, laughter, friendship, support, and meaningful moments that bring people together.

We believe community should be for everyone – all ages, all abilities, indoors and outdoors. From dementia-friendly gatherings and intergenerational projects to forest school, paddleboarding, workshops, and community events, we create spaces where people can connect, learn, and thrive.
