Henley in Arden Flower Club's November meeting is on Tuesday, 10th November. This is our very special Christmas Open Demonstration and we are delighted that David Thomson, a NAFAS National Demonstrator from Chelmsford, Essex, will be showing us a "Colourful Christmas". Tickets can be pre-booked - see poster - or can be bought on the door - cash preferred please.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS DEMONSTRATION WILL BE AT THE MEMORIAL HALL, STATION ROAD, HENLEY IN ARDEN and not at our usual venue. Hope to see you there for a very glitzy Christmassy evening and don't forget, all his arrangements will be raffled off!

We had a simply fabulous dem from Dawn Weaver at Tuesday's club night. Her flowers were absolutely beautiful and I don't think we've seen as many dendrobium orchids at one dem before - just gorgeous! Thank you so much Dawn and we hope to see you again soon. Thanks also for your permission to post a photo from the evening.

Our September meeting is on Tuesday, 8 September at 7.30pm when we welcome Dawn Weaver with her demonstration "Floral Innovations". Dawn, from Chester, is a NAFAS National Demonstrator, Teacher and Judge and she's also a Chelsea Gold Medallist, so a very talented lady! It's Dawn's first visit to Henley so let's give her a great welcome. See you there.

We had a very entertaining dem from Judy Watker at our July club night and everyone thoroughy enjoyed the evening. Judy's flowers were just beautiful and the raffle winners were absolutely delighted! Judy has kindly given us permission to post some photos - thanks Judy - and we look forward to a return visit in the not too distant future.

June's a busy month for us. Here's another date for your diaries: 3pm on Monday, 22nd June. We are holding our annual, and very popular, Strawberry Cream Tea. The Committee will be very busy baking dozens of scones and cakes for this. Members, families, friends, and visitors - are all very welcome to join us and you can pay on the door. Here's our poster with the details and hope to see you there.

There's no club night in June as our garden visit takes place this month. We are visiting RHS Bridgewater Gardens in Salford on 9th June. The coach is fully booked but we have a wait list in case anyone has to drop out. If you'd like to be contacted in the event of a spare place, please let us know.
