Volunteer Opportunity – Program Coordinator
Help Shape the Future of Young People in Our Community
Our Future Matters is a community-led initiative supporting young people through youth clubs, sports, mentorship, and positive activities. We are looking for a passionate Volunteer Program Coordinator to help organise and grow our youth programmes.
📍 Role: Volunteer Program Coordinator
Location: Hemel Hempstead / Community Based
Commitment: Flexible – approx. 4–6 hours per week
🎯 Your Role
You will help coordinate activities that empower young people aged 10–19, including:
• Supporting weekly youth club sessions
• Helping organise sports tournaments and community events
• Coordinating volunteers and youth leaders
• Communicating with young people and parents
• Helping develop new youth activities
🌱 Ideal For Someone Who
• Is passionate about youth development and community work
• Has good organisational and communication skills
• Enjoys working with young people
• Wants to gain experience in community leadership or programme management
