Expecting a baby? Have a baby under 1?
Come and have a cuppa with us tomorrow afternoon from 1pm - 3pm in the Annexe at Helensburgh and Lomond Civic Centre - HLCC Events. This week we'll be chatting about baby play and early development with examples of toys and activities to support your baby in reaching their milestones.
Our FREE peer support group gives you a safe supportive space to share your worries and your experiences, ask questions and support each other. We have plenty of play opportunities available for you to share with your little ones.
Our group is led by our qualified & experienced Nursery Nurse who will be on hand to give you up to date information, answer questions and offer reassurance.

Come and have a cuppa with us every Thursday afternoon from 1pm - 3pm in the Annexe at Helensburgh and Lomond Civic Centre - HLCC Events.

We know that pregnancy and the post partum period can feel overwhelming and isolating. Our FREE peer support group gives you a safe supportive space to share your worries and your experiences, ask questions and support each other. We have plenty of play opportunities available for you to share with your little ones.

Our group is led by our qualified & experienced Nursery Nurse who will be on hand to give you up to date information, answer questions and offer reassurance.

Expecting a baby? Overwhelmed by all the products that tell you they’ll help your baby sleep better?

Come along and we’ll chat about all things infant sleep…the essentials (not as many as the marketers would have you believe) the gadgets and gizmos that may help (is white noise really all its cracked up to be?) and the what not to buy!

We’ll have lots of info from The Lullaby Trust as well as a baby box and our newborn “babies” to practice some swaddling and sleep hacks.

No need to book and our group is FREE…. just come along and join us from 1pm - 3pm in the Annexe at Helensburgh and Lomond Civic Centre - HLCC Events

This coming week is Safer Sleep Week 2026.

At our FREE Blooming Bumps and Blossoming Babies Peer Support Group we'll be talking about all things infant sleep. Whether you're expecting a baby or already in the throes of the 3am wake ups we'd love you to come along for a cuppa and some support.

We'll have lots of information and resources from the Lullaby Trust on Safer Sleep recommendations, we'll have a go at swaddling, share some sleep "hacks" and talk about current products on the market so you can make your own decisions about what may work for you and your baby.

Our group runs every Thursday at Helensburgh Civic Centre from 1pm til 3pm, this week we will be back in the Annexe.

Whether you're expecting a baby or you have a wee one in their first year of life, we'd love to welcome you to our FREE peer support group.
Every Thursday in Helensburgh Civic Centre from 1pm 'til 3pm.
The perfect opportunity to chat to other parents over a cuppa, share your worries and ask questions in a supportive and pressure free environment.
For the wee ones we'll have a variety of developmentally appropriate activities for you to enjoy with them while building their little brains.
Our Nursery Nurse will be on hand to share information, play ideas and answer your questions.
