The group had lots of fun last night learning all about first aid, covering the recovering position, asthma, wounds and dressing before showing their friends and family what they have learnt! A massive thank you to Shelley and Emma for running a fun interactive First Aid session!

Just a reminder that tonight’s session is a first aid session delivered by our lovely first aid trainer Shelley! Shelley will be supported by Emma tonight. Amber won’t be at the session due to being unwell, but is looking forward to seeing you all at the next session!

Please remember session fee is £4! Have a great first aid session!

Our social club had the best time at our swimming session tonight. Lots of fun in the water and more friendships made. Given the look on these faces do you think they enjoyed themselves??
