—🌿✂️ THE COST OF GROWTH ✂️🌿
Pruned for Purpose. Trimmed for Glory.

Growth is beautiful 🌱✨
…but it is NOT comfortable ❗

Because real growth requires cutting ✂️
Letting go 🚫
Separation 🔥

📖 John 15:2
✨ “Every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.” ✨

God is not removing you to harm you…
He is refining you to increase you 💥

🌿 Some things had to be cut:
Old mindsets 🧠❌
Wrong environments 🚫
Certain relationships 💔
Comfort zones 🔁

Not because you failed…
But because you’re being PREPARED 👑

✂️ Pruning is painful
But it is PROOF that you are fruitful 🌿

If there was no potential…
There would be no cutting.

📖 Hebrews 12:11
✨ “No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful… later it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace.” ✨

🔥 What feels like loss…
Is actually ALIGNMENT

🔥 What feels like rejection…
Is actually PROTECTION

🔥 What feels like delay…
Is actually DEVELOPMENT

God is trimming what cannot go where you’re going 🚫🌿

Because where He is taking you…
Requires strength 💪
Requires discipline 🛡️
Requires purity 🤍

📖 Isaiah 48:10
✨ “I have refined you… tested you in the furnace of affliction.” ✨

🌸 WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT 🌸

Don’t resist the pruning ✂️
Don’t run from the process 🏃‍♀️❌
Don’t question God’s hand 🤲

Trust it 🙏

Because every cut has a purpose
Every removal has a reason
Every season is producing something greater 🌿✨

📖 Galatians 6:9
✨ “Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap…” ✨

🌿 You are not being set back
You are being SET APART

🌿 You are not being emptied
You are being PREPARED

🌿 You are not being broken
You are being BUILT

🔥 For His Glory
🔥 For His Purpose
🔥 For a Greater Harvest

✨ Stay rooted
✂️ Stay surrendered
🌿 Stay faithful

Because what God is growing in you…
will be WORTH every cut 💥

Sometimes we cry because we think God has forgotten us.
Sometimes we pray and wonder why the answer seems delayed.
We look at our empty hands, our unpaid bills, our broken hearts, and our silent battles… and we ask, “Lord, will I ever have enough?”
But Philippians 4:19 reminds us of a powerful truth:
“God will fill your life with more blessing beyond your needs and expectations.”
God is not limited by your situation.
He is not worried about your tomorrow.
The same God who provided manna in the wilderness, who filled empty jars with oil, and who fed thousands with a few loaves and fish… is the same God working in your life today.
Sometimes His blessings come suddenly.
Sometimes they come quietly.
Sometimes they arrive after seasons of waiting that tested your faith.
But when God pours out His provision, it overflows beyond what you imagined.
The world says, “Depend on your strength.”
But heaven says, “Trust the One who owns everything.”
You may feel empty today, but God specializes in filling empty vessels.
You may feel forgotten, but heaven still knows your name.
You may feel like giving up, but God is preparing a blessing that will leave you amazed.
Just because your season is hard does not mean God has abandoned you.
The pouring has already begun.
Your breakthrough, your healing, your peace, your restoration, and your answered prayer are all in God’s hands.
So keep praying.
Keep believing.
Keep trusting.
Because the God who surprised people in the Bible is still surprising people today.
One day, you will look back and realize: God did not only meet your needs…
He exceeded your expectations.

Twenty-four Elders

I was reading Revelation 4 out loud to myself this morning. I got to verse 4 and stopped after I read it. It says, “Around the throne (of God) were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting clothed in white robes, and they had crowns of gold on their heads.”

I’ve always imagined the 24 elders are the 12 patriarchs in the Old Testament and the 12 apostles in the New Testament. But it hit me this morning—no matter who they are, they were very common men with sin in their lives—but they were now clothed in white and wearing gold crowns. Both are symbols of overcoming and victory! Tears began rolling down my cheeks. God had just been pointing out sin in my life which He wanted me to overcome. I know the minute we step into heaven, we’ll be given robes of righteousness. But there will be varying degrees of overcoming, I believe…according to Luke 19:17-24, ,Rev. 3:21, and other references . God will give us various levels of ruling in heaven according to what we’ve done here on earth. How I want to overcome here so I can experience more there!

The beautiful picture, in the last verses of this chapter, is of those 24 elders falling on their faces in worship of the King and laying their crowns at the feet of God Himself. How I want to have something to lay at the feet of God in worship! I want to declare with all of heaven, “Holy, holy, holy! You are worthy!”
