Hit the Pause Button, Even on Site! ⚡️

1. Before a tricky job or tight deadline, breathe in for 4 seconds, then out for 6.
Reset your mind and nerves to work safely on site.

2. Breath Power-Up
Before climbing or tackling a fix, take 3 deep breaths to shift into focus mode.

3. Belly Breathing
Put a hand on your stomach, breathe so it pushes out on inhale and pulls in on exhale. Stay grounded during tough work.

4. Set a Breathing Alarm
Even at work, use your phone to remind you every hour to take 3 deep breaths and keep stress at bay.

5. Longer Exhale
Breathe in for 4, out for 6 when pressure rises. This calms your body and sharpens focus.

These simple tools help you stay sharp, safe, and in control. Keep them handy and own your day.
