Hard Hats Soft Hearts Founded & located at Hampshire Training and Assessments, we are an organisation created to support men's mental health within the trades industry.

Breaking the stigma, opening up conversations, building a community. Tools Down, Talk Up! Founded at Hampshire Training and Assessments - Welcome to Hard Hats, Soft Hearts. We are in the early stages of building a non-profit organisation, dedicated to supporting men’s mental health in the trades industry. Every day, we see the pressures, the isolation and the unspoken challenges so many men in the sector face - struggles that can no longer be ignored. Our vision is to create a safe, supportive space - a modern-day ‘men’s shed’
A place where people can get together - From friendly chats to professional advice, we’ve got you covered. Together, we can break the stigma, open up the conversation, and make a real difference for men in the trades.
