CHECK THIS OUT!! You may be entitled!

Sustainable Warmth - £25k of Free Energy Efficiency Measures
This week the Local Authority Delivery scheme (LAD3) launched. Some of you may have taken advantage of the last tranche of funding, but it’s back, and bigger, as the 3rd wave of funding kicks off.

This tranche is called Sustainable Warmth, and can provide households with up to £25,000 for retrofit and energy efficiency measures. To be eligible you’ll need to meet the following criteria:

Household income below £30,000, or £20k after rent/mortgage (this includes if your income is from a pension), or you’re on means tested benefits

AND your house has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D or below (check your EPC here)

NO ENERGY CLUB THIS MONTH as David is at a Conference. He’ll be back next month, on the final Thursday, 11-1.
PM to make an appointment or drop by then.
