Mentors Wanted – Could you help shape the next generation of the music industry in Hartlepool?

The Wintertide Youth Producer Programme (WYPP) is looking for mentors from the music and events industries – or anyone experienced in working with young people who can engage, enthuse and inspire.

You’ll support talented young people to develop skills and gain real experience curating a youth-led festival music programme. The project will also create performance opportunities for 100+ young musicians and reach thousands more through new music experiences.

What’s involved?
• Mentor 2 young participants
• Monthly sessions (online or in person)
• Approx 4 hours per month
• £20 per hour paid
