Come and join our amazing team!

We have various contracts available including 35, 30, 20 and 16 hour contracts for position as a support worker to join our team, £13.70 per hour and potential over time each month.

We also have relief posts available (flexible hours to work around you).

Our ideal candidates will have a passion for supporting individuals with additional needs, be committed, kind, person centred, reliable and have a understanding of equality and diversity and promoting independence. Candidates must be flexible and able to work two weekends per month.

Candidates will have to go through a DBS process which will be paid for by Brighter Days.

We have a fantastic team at Brighter Days and look forward to expanding.

Preferably a driver and have business insurance.

We are raising funds for our unit to help the people we support. if you would like to help us we are running a bonus ball competition the prizes are the following:-

£50 meat Voucher
£50 alcohol bundle
£50 taxi Voucher (23)

There will also be some additional Christmas gifts that have been kindly donated added to this .

It’s £5 per number and this will be drawn after all numbers are filled and money is received
