Join us for a talk led by a Mental Health Information and Advocacy Worker from the charity Mind, to learn more about mental health support available in Harrow. Also enjoy sandwiches and refreshments and a chance to connect with others in a safe, supportive space. Signposting support will also be available if needed.

Nutrition workshop: 1.30–2.30 pm
Beyond the salad: Avoiding healthy eating traps, preventing diabetes and staying strong After 50. Led by a qualified nutritionist.

Refreshments & Support: 1-1.30pm & 2.30-3 pm
Before and after the talk, enjoy sandwiches, refreshments and a chance to connect with others in a safe and supportive space, where you can also access signposting support if needed.

This will be an introductory class to help women learn how to better navigate their phones and tablets. Participants are encouraged to bring their own devices if possible. The session will run for two hours, with a short break in the middle for sandwiches and refreshments.

Please note that a male instructor will be leading this class. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us.
