This is set to be a really useful and helpful event and we hope to see as many of you as we can.

Join us on Friday at the Batford Community Connect event.

Taking place from 11am until 2pm at Batford Methodist Church, it’s a great opportunity to drop in and have a chat or ask questions from one of the 14 local charities and agencies attending. Whether you need help with taking your blood pressure, receiving benefits advice, debt management or general health and fitness guidance, friendly experts will be available to offer free information and resources.

There will also be a live cooking demonstration from cook Varsha Manohitharajah and Citizens Advice St Albans District will be talking about energy saving tips. Plus professional chef and award-winning author Theo Michaels will be popping in.

Refreshments kindly provided by Batford Methodist Church, the event is supported by Citizens Advice St Albans District in partnership with Harpenden Town Council. Find out more on the event listing on our website - https://www.harpenden.gov.uk/events-and-markets/events/event-2181
