Sport at the Heart

Sport at the Heart Sport at the Heart engages young families in a variety of sports & wellbeing activities encouraging active lifestyles & community togetherness

Through the delivery of high quality, engaging and affordable sports and physical activity, we aim to encourage everyday activity amongst whole families and create opportunities for their participation in sport and physical activity in neighbourhoods where that otherwise might not be available. We focus on those that are underrepresented or may not be able to access positive sports and wellbeing a

ctivities due to social, economical or cultural reasons. Our aim is to make sport and physical activity fun, inclusive and easy to incorporate into everyday routines. In doing so, we are able to bring communities together through shared activities, improve physical and emotional well-being and create opportunities for volunteering through the creation of new opportunities. Our aim:

All families have access to a sports, active recreation or wellbeing activity of their choice

Recently visited The Shoreditch Art club, to go to a Converse panel.

We were able to meet the Ceo & President of Converse Aaron Cain and network with my brand Unspoken_illustration.

We also were able to be gifted with free Converse trainers as a way to say thank you for giving our ideas and also them supporting the youth. 🫶🏾

This week is Mental Health Awareness week 💙

Taking action for good mental health is always important, not just this week. The smallest actions can make a difference, be kind, support each other, we are all in the same boat and doing life for the first time together. You never know what someone is going through or how things can impact mental health, so check in on loved ones, team mates, even strangers. You could make a difference to someone’s life just by taking action and coming together to encourage force for change. ❤️
