Hanwell Fun Day is only a day away, check out our amazing full programme on the slides attached!

11am to 4pm
Free entry!

Live music performances, food and ice cream vans, a bouncy castle, children's entertainment brought you by Mr Ruffles , face painting, workshops, stalls and much, much more!

We are also looking forward to welcoming Children's entertainment specialist Mr. Ruffles Parties for their first fun day with us and a regular at our many children's parties throughout the year, who will be providing various activities throughout the day!

We are counting down the days to this years fun day on Saturday this week, from 11am to 4pm at Hanwell Community Centre!

It is completely free to enter and there will be lots of activities and workshops for Children, an entertainer, live music , Burgers and jerk chicken, a bar, local arts and crafts vendors and organisations as well as a gaming station, bouncy castle, free balloons and our very own Charlie Chaplin impersonator too!

On Bank Holiday Monday 4 May the annual Beating the Bounds walk takes place, starting from the Viaduct pub at 12 noon. This is a tradition dating back many centuries where the parish boundary stones are beaten to maintain a common knowledge of the parish boundaries.

The Hanwell Beating the Bounds consists of a walk of 7-8 miles, taking in approximately 15 boundary stones along the way and lasting around 3.5 hours. There is a stop for refreshments at around the halfway point at The Grosvenor Pub on Oaklands Road.

We would love for you to join us this year - Please gather at the Viaduct pub at 12 noon where you will be given a willow stick. There is no charge but any donations will go to Hanwell Carnival.

The walk will begin at 12.30.

It was great seeing the community and the musicians come together in the iconic basement last Friday! Can’t wait for the next one!
