Built in 1856 as the village school for the princely sum of £156, the school closed in 1963 before reopening as the Village Hall and the centre for social activities in the village. Resident Rachel Pa

A reminder that tomorrow is VJ80, 80 years since the end of the war with Japan. At coffee morning we will be remembering those who served. A national 2 minute silence will be held at noon.

These costs are inclusive of electricity and heating.
No bouncy castles I'm afraid.
