Ex-Thula Mama?
Missing singing?
Why not drop in to sing with me at Secret Singers, Wednesday mornings, 10.15 - 11.45 at the Fielden Centre in Tod. £7.50 per session.
A big circle of women sitting together singing simple soothing songs; it's basically Thula without babies.
I'm posting today as I'm thinking of all the ex-thula teachers who might be off work this week (yes it's absolutely fine just to drop in from time to time, no commitment required).

Join us at Thula Mama - the singing group for new mamas. Bring your baby, bring your tiredness, your overwhelm, your tears, your unwashed hair. Come and sit with us and be soothed by gentle, beautiful harmonies. Yes I know you think you can't sing, but trust me with this - you'll be just fine. Nobody has to sing on their own, and you'll go home with a head full of songs and lullabies that REALLY work at 3am.

Your nervous system is the blueprint for your child's. Let's prioritise your wellbeing, your nourishment, your rest, and your space to Feel.

And how will we do this? Easy. We'll sing.

Hebden Bridge Thula Mama runs on Friday mornings, 10-11, Calderdale Yoga Centre. £7 for an hour of soothing songs in harmony and a generous helping of nervous system regulation.

What this means is that it doesn't matter how old your babies are now because they'll be at home in bed. Which means all Thulas and all ex-Thulas are invited. ALL OF THEM. That's a lot of Thulas.

But we'll still sit on cushions in a big circle of women and sing all our Thula favourites; imagine the glorious sound we'll make! I'm hiring the Todfellows space in Tod, and I reckon I can get 50 of us in there. We'll sing 8pm - 9.30pm and it'll be £12 for the session, which includes a drink on arrival.

Thula Woman is back! Get your diaries out!

Ah it's been AGES since we had one of these, but it's my Thula-versary on Friday 6th June and that's the perfect excuse.

So, what's Thula *Woman*? Well, imagine a Thula Mama session but without babies. I KNOW RIGHT. No nappies to change, no sick to clean up. You have TWO FREE HANDS and in one of them you have a glass of wine. I KNOW RIGHT.

What this means is that it doesn't matter how old your babies are now because they'll be at home in bed. Which means all Thulas and all ex-Thulas are invited. ALL OF THEM. That's a lot of Thulas.

Mamas are ALWAYS saying this to me, as they graduate from my class with their crawling baby. That's because Thula Mama is a gorgeous, soothing, nourishing club that you can only belong to while your baby is tiny.

So don't wait until they're bigger to get in touch. This group is for YOU, Mama. Bring your tired, bring your sad, bring your scared, bring your overwhelmed, and come and be healed through harmony. This stuff really works.

I have spaces available in the Friday group (Hebden) and might be able to squeeze one or two more into the Tuesday group (Tod). Xx
