Well, that’s our Try High Halloween special in the bag for another year!!

The kids not only had lots of incredibly delicious and nutritious food but also tried a variety of new and enriching activities, from swimming to animal petting and squash (obvs)!!

Yay!! Thanks to all our incredible staff and volunteers for running another brilliant camp. 👏🎉

We’re thrilled to launch Lead the Game, a new programme empowering teenage Muslim girls (16+) from Park Ward, Halifax, to become qualified squash coaches and community leaders.

With the support of Community Foundation for Calderdale and in partnership with Old Crossleyans Squash Club these young leaders will gain skills, confidence, and the opportunity to deliver inclusive squash sessions across Calderdale, connecting communities, promoting health, and breaking down barriers to sport.

The programme will culminate in an open day at Old Crossleyans, where everyone is invited to try squash and celebrate the achievements of our young coaches.

Blowing the doors off it since 2021!

In proud partnership with England Squash, we’ve kickstarted 60+ inclusive squash programmes across the country, redefining what the game can look like for everyone.

From Squash from the Mosque to Mixed Ability Squash, we’ve proven what’s possible when you get your mindset and approach right.

Now we’re seeing clubs and coaches nationwide embracing a more inclusive future, and we’re just getting started. 🙌

The time is now, people. Let’s keep pushing the game forward. 💥

We’re thrilled to announce new funding from Sport England to support our Calder Community Kids initiative! This means we can continue offering our squash sessions at a fair price, making sport accessible and fun for everyone.

A huge thank you to Old Crossleyans Squash Club for hosting and supporting our sessions, together, we’re helping more kids get active, build skills, and have a great time on court! 🙌
