The Pear Tree Fund We support people with life-changing illnesses in Halesworth and the surrounding areas. Thanks to your generosity, we have now constructed the building.

We have opened an innovative information and support centre in Halesworth which provides a wide range of valuable services for people who have been diagnosed with any life changing illnesses, as well as their families, friends and carers. Called the Pear Tree Centre, it acts as a one stop shop which provides counselling, help understanding a diagnosis, financial and benefits advice and complementa

ry treatments close to people's homes. However, we are still asking for your support to meet the running costs of the building so that we can continue to support vulnerable members of our community when they need it the most.

Wow! What a Friday we had. Our 11th Golf Day was definitely one to remember! ๐ŸŒ๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ

A huge thank you to every single person who made our event so special. To all the golfers who teed off, our incredible sponsors, the amazing volunteers, and the fantastic team at the golf clubโ€”your support made it a truly memorable day of great golf and even better company.

Weโ€™re still totting up the final figures, but we can't wait to share the incredible amount raised for The Pear Tree Fund.

Thank you to Blyth Valley Rotary club for their incredibly kind donation of ยฃ500 to the Pear Tree Fund. The Rotary club continue to be incredibly supportive of the Pear Tree and we are grateful for the relationship we have with the club and its members.

The team came in to tour our centre last week and find out more about the charity, we loved welcoming you!

Our next Sea Shanties event is being organised by the fantastic team at ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐๐ฎ๐ž๐ž๐ง'๐ฌ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ ๐š๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ž๐ฅ๐ tickets are now fully booked for inside. The Queens Head team have a waiting list and if the weather forecast looks favourable by 8th Sept, they will open out a further 30 tickets.

ยฃ22 for entertainment by the brilliant The Lowestoft Longshoremen and a Queens head fish and chip supper- Kate and Kevin are donating all proceeds to our charity, we look forward to seeing you there!
