Today - Saturday 16th May. it’s the Food Market at Hale Village Hall. Come for some cheese and stay for a cup of coffee and a slice of cake. Open from 08.30 - 12.00. Get
local produce, from bread, vegetables, clothing, honey, chocolates, and everything else.

Graham Hammond (30 November 1935 to 20 April 2026)
Friday 08 May, 2pm at St Mary's Church, Hale followed by a burial at Hale cemetery (down the road from the Green) by those who wish to attend.
Graham loved to live life to the full - feel free to wear something colourful.
Please, no flowers, but he would have liked donations to Dogs Trust if you wish. There will be a collection at the church OR people can donate via the link below, if they wish to do so.
Please share this with anyone you think we may have missed.
After the burial, Jenny will return home with immediate family only.
Thank you all for your kindness to Mum at this difficult time, we do appreciate it.

Well - that's oneway of dealing with the problem!

No 20. Countryside walk turned detective mission today 🌲🐾

Dudley & Ralph discovered a horrible pile of dumped rubbish and were NOT impressed. After some serious sniffing, they uncovered a clue… and let’s just say Farmer Frank had some explaining to do. 📦

Nice

No 2: Dudley and Ralph discovered something very strange on their forest adventure… a bright yellow thing that wasn’t a stick, wasn’t a leaf… and definitely wasn’t a squirrel. 😳

After much sniffing, poking, circling, and debating, they decided to taste it. And… surprise! It was sweet, squishy, and confusingly delicious.

Forest snack mystery: solved ✅
Confused pups: still ✅
Tail-wagging levels: off the charts ✅

Who knew a simple banana could turn an ordinary walk into an epic adventure? 🐶🌲🍌
