I’m so excited to be at Space For Yew CIC’s Summer Fair at Rother’s Neurodivergent Hub.

Every penny raised on the Space for Yew stalls will go directly towards renovating and improving the Hub, helping them create an even better space for their community.

Please come along, bring your £1 coins, enjoy an afternoon of fun activities, have a go on the bouncy castle (yes, adults are welcome too! 😆), browse the stalls and chat with us and the other fantastic local organisations and professionals that support neurodivergent children, young people and families.

Another Adult ADHD Support Session this evening in Hailsham 💜

Welcoming familiar and new faces, a lovely mix! With the gorgeous Goldie Bentley and a very cute baby joining too 🤩

A huge thank you once again to our venue and sponsor Diplocks cafe & restaurant - Your support means the world to us 😍

The loom bands were a hit here in Hailsham, and I’ve got some more ideas up my sleeve for next month.

Unusually, our meetings in July are in the same week, as the first Tuesday and Wednesday both fall on the same week.

Head to the events section to mark yourselves as going and I’ll see you all next month.

Our next Hailsham ADHD peer support session for adults is on Wednesday 10th of June, at Diplocks cafe & restaurant , 7pm - 8.30pm 💜

A lot of people arrive feeling really nervous, which is completely okay. But what happens next is a room full of people being able to unmask, relax, be themselves and, in some cases, finally feel seen and heard.

There’s absolutely no pressure to attend every month. This is a space you can come and go from as and when it feels right for you.

Our popular loom bands will be making an appearance too 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to today’s Adult ADHD support session at The Sheldon B&B in Eastbourne 💜

We had a fantastic session, laid back, getting to know one another whilst making loom band bracelets and key rings!!

Special mention to Charlotte for helping us all get started, as a lot of us nearly gave up before we had even started 🤣

These sessions are on the first Tuesday of the month, 11am - 1pm.

Our Hailsham session is next Wednesday 10th June at Diplocks cafe & restaurant , 7pm - 8.30pm.

It’s TODAY 🎉🎉

Our Adult ADHD Support Group is meeting at The Sheldon B&B in Eastbourne!

I’m looking forward to welcoming back those who came along last time and meeting new people today.

This is a safe and supportive place to be yourselves amongst others that get it.

There’s name badges, fidget toys and my new editions… Loom bands!!

Come and go as you please and most importantly, it’s totally free.

A little behind the scenes update on Hailsham & East Sussex ADHD Support CIC... because a LOT has been happening 👀

We're only 2 months in and I'm a bit blown away.

Here's where we're at:

✅ I've been meeting with some incredible people who share our vision; a hub base for neurodivergent individuals. Think of it like a Citizens Advice Bureau... but for ND brains 🧠

✅ We've had so many organisations reach out wanting to collaborate, the interest has been amazing and really shows how needed this is

✅ I launched low cost coaching packages and have already delivered 5 sessions in May, with 10 more booked in for June 🙌

✅ Our core ADHD support sessions in Hailsham and Eastbourne are still going strong, that's always the heartbeat of what we do 💜

Next on the list… Grant funding. So we can keep doing what we're already doing... and grow to reach even more people who need it.

We're still looking for corporate sponsors to help us move to the next stage, so if that's you, or you know someone... please get in touch!

I just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has supported us so far.

Whether you've attended a session, shared a post, had a conversation, or believed in what we're building, it really means everything.

2 months in and I already can't wait to see where this goes ✨

It's just six days until our next Adult ADHD peer support group in
Eastbourne! 🎉

Join us at The Sheldon B&B on Tuesday 2nd June, 11am - 1pm.

We have 4 people marked as "going" on the event page, with a further 20 marked as "interested". Please do mark yourself as going if you’ll be joining us.

This will be a relaxed session to be around others who think and feel the
same, come and go as you please.

No masking. No bending over backwards to fit in. Just space to be yourself.

Fidget toys, loom bands, colourful name badges, and a warm welcome await 💜
