How we help: Domestic Abuse Drop-In Sessions 💜

Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what to do.

It's taking that first step.

You might not be ready to make a phone call.
You might not want to explain everything.
You might just need someone to listen.

That's exactly why we offer our Domestic Abuse Drop-In Sessions.

There's no appointment needed and no pressure to have all the answers. Just a safe, welcoming space where you can talk to someone who understands, ask questions, explore your options or simply find out what support is available.

💜 Monday
• 9.30am to 11.30am – Roxton GP Practice, Immingham
• 1pm to 3pm – Domestic Abuse Hub, 15 Wellowgate, Grimsby
• Evening: 5pm to 7pm – Domestic Abuse Hub, 15 Wellowgate, Grimsby

💜 Tuesday
• 9.30am to 11.30am – Domestic Abuse Hub, 15 Wellowgate, Grimsby
• 1pm to 3pm – Women's Centre, Grimsby (women only)

💜 Wednesday
• 9.30am to 11.30am – Domestic Abuse Hub, 15 Wellowgate, Grimsby
• 1pm to 3pm – Clee Medical Centre, Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes

💜 Thursday
• 9.30am to 11.30am – Women's Centre, Grimsby (women only)

💜 Friday
• 10am to 12 noon – Hainton Square Shop, Grimsby
• 1pm to 3pm – Domestic Abuse Hub, 15 Wellowgate, Grimsby

Remember, asking for help doesn't mean you have to make any immediate decisions. Sometimes it's simply about finding out what's possible.

Please save this post or share it if it's safe to do so. You never know who might need to see it.

💜 You don't have to face domestic abuse alone. Support is here when you're ready.
