The Feel Good Company We offer Inclusive community exercise - bringing people together through Chair Based Exercise & Exercise To Music, open to all abilities 💜

The Feel Good Company is a community wellbeing initiative brought to you by The Feel Good – Keep Moving CIC, a registered Community Interest Company. We help people of all abilities move more, feel better, and connect through inclusive exercise and social wellbeing activities. Our programmes include Chair-Based Exercise for older adults, adults living with disabilities, and carers, as well as Exercise to Music sessions that build confidence, fitness, and joy through movement. We aim to reduce loneliness, improve physical and mental wellbeing, and create stronger social connections within local communities. We currently deliver sessions across the Royal Borough of Greenwich and neighbouring areas, working in partnership with community centres, schools, charities, and health organisations to promote healthy, active lifestyles and reduce health inequalities.

Final training: done! And we were still smiling at the end, which feels like a good sign before those Greenwich Park hills!

The Feel Good Company has been helping our lovely local runners prepare to walk, jog or run the Home-Start Greenwich 5K and 10K this Saturday - and I’ll be taking on the 5K too!

ONE WEEK TO GO

It’s been wonderful for The Feel Good Company to help participants move, prepare and build their confidence—and I’ll be lacing up for the 5K too… Greenwich Park hills included😅

On Saturday 19 September, I’m taking on a 5K at Greenwich Park to raise money for Home-Start Greenwich.

I’ve been slowly building up my training - and I’m actually really enjoying it🏃🏻‍♀️👟

🍦Let’s Keep Moving...Without Melting!

This week I’m basically surviving on water, ice, mini cucumbers and fresh mint! 🧊🥒🌿

If you’re exercising at home this week, remember to keep sipping water, take things a little slower, and give yourself plenty of little rest breaks.

We’re aiming to feel good, not melt like an ice cream! 🍦😂
