The Feel Good Company is a community wellbeing initiative brought to you by The Feel Good – Keep Moving CIC, a registered Community Interest Company. We help people of all abilities move more, feel better, and connect through inclusive exercise and social wellbeing activities. Our programmes include Chair-Based Exercise for older adults, adults living with disabilities, and carers, as well as Exer

cise to Music sessions that build confidence, fitness, and joy through movement. We aim to reduce loneliness, improve physical and mental wellbeing, and create stronger social connections within local communities. We currently deliver sessions across the Royal Borough of Greenwich and neighbouring areas, working in partnership with community centres, schools, charities, and health organisations to promote healthy, active lifestyles and reduce health inequalities.

I’m excited to launch a brand-new Exercise to Music class at Clockhouse Community Centre!

Thursdays
5:00pm – 6:00pm
Clockhouse Community Centre, Defiance Walk, SE18 5QL
£5 per session
