We are very excited to be hosting Roly Poly CIC at our next online network meeting. Everyone who is curious about creative practice in early childhood is welcome!

Roly Poly is a sensory musical playscape for under-twos and their caregivers. They create gentle, responsive performance spaces where very young children and their adults can explore, play and enjoy live music together.

Get a sneak behind the scenes on Thursday 1st October.

🍥 Find out what their creative processes are
🍥 Discover approaches of attuned musicality and movement
🍥 See how relational performance work can be embedded directly into Early Years education and care

We are trying something different next week! So please read carefully!

***These sessions are for families living in Great Yarmouth Borough***

We are hosting 5 sessions next week some are bookable and some are drop-in! We will be creating a cardboard sculpture and adding to it over the 3 days. Come and make your mark, explore materials, hang out, be inspired!

We are trialling drop-in sessions in the afternoon - we will limit numbers and we might need to turn you away if it gets very busy - but we would like to give it a try and see how it goes! You can let us know!

Monday 24th August Afternoon: 12.30-2.30pm DROP-IN (no need to book)

Tuesday 25th August Morning: 10-11.30pm BOOKABLE SESSION 🔗 in comments

Read, watch or listen to this lovely poem created and shared by artist and musician, Natalie Willis.

At the end of each Music Garden session we are experimenting with drawing as a tool for reflection and documentation. This poem was created in response to a series of ‘magic moment’ drawings that Natalie made over a number of weeks of one family during sessions here at Magic Acorns.
