It’s that time of year again… handover season! ✨
On Thursday evening, we gathered for our annual handover dinner, celebrating another fabulous year of Great Dunmow Ladies Circle - and what a year it’s been! From fundraising and friendship to laughter-filled socials and unforgettable moments, we’re so proud of everything our wonderful members have achieved together.
Our incredible Chairwoman, Ruth, officially handed over the reins to Hope for 2026. Ruth has been nothing short of amazing this past year - organised, supportive, endlessly hardworking and somehow always smiling through it all. We know all our members will join us in saying a huge thank you for everything she has done for the Circle. She truly is a superwoman, and we are so grateful for all the energy, kindness and passion she has brought to the role. 💛
As our new Chair, Hope would like to share how excited she is for the year ahead:
“I’m so looking forward to everything the next year will bring - welcoming new faces, creating brilliant memories together and continuing to support our local community. I feel very lucky to be following in Ruth’s footsteps…she’s set a fantastic example and has been such a supportive friend to us all throughout.”
A huge thank you as well to Pride of Sylhet for hosting us so beautifully last week - the food was absolutely delicious, and we had the loveliest evening celebrating together! 🥂
