🎉 What an inspiring day at the NFG Annual Conference! 🎉

Yesterday, colleagues from across the UK came together for the annual NFG Conference in Warrington, with the event also being broadcast to hubs nationwide, including our team in Grangemouth.

The day was filled with insightful presentations from both staff and external speakers, but one of the most moving highlights was hearing from Lucy and Mary, who shared their personal experiences of being foster children. Their stories were powerful, thought-provoking and a reminder of the impact fostering can have on young lives.

A huge congratulations to our award winners: 🏆 Jane - Referrals Colleague of the Year 🏆 Lynne - Scottish Supervising Social Worker of the Year 🏆 Antonia - Recipient of the Colleague Recognition Award, presented in person by Tim Barclay
