You will lead a team of two recruitment officers, helping us to attract new staff to all jobs across the charity’s operations and matching them to both temporary and permanent positions.

It’s a tough recruitment market, especially for organisations like ours looking to recruit people into care roles. So, it goes without saying that you’ll need to be proactive, creative and innovative to source the best candidates.

Working alongside our in-house marketing team we’ll be looking to you to generate plenty of fresh recruitment ideas as well as maximising traditional recruitment channels such as networking, agencies, headhunting and referrals.
