If you are at a loose end tonight, pop into Easterhouse Sports Centre between 6pm and 9pm for some chat, banter.... and sometimes we even have chocolate biscuits!

No need to book, no need to stay for the whole time, just pop into the meeting room and say hello!

Our Men’s Mental Health Group is a relaxed, welcoming space to chat, connect, have a cuppa, and support one another — no pressure, no judgement. 👊🏻

Whether you’re struggling, feeling isolated, looking to meet new people, or just fancy getting out the house for a bit, you’ll always be welcome.

Hi there I'm Dylan from men's mental health group in Easterhouse Sports Centre.

We welcome anyone who'd want too come along!

We are on from 6pm-9pm every Tuesday Night.

If you feel alone, needing time alone or even just someone too talk too, feel free too pop by!

You don't need too stay the entire session! We have a amazing group of guys, always have a good laugh and go out on activities.

Last Tuesday, some of our group visited Booffi Glasgow Fort and enjoyed great food, great company... and i think one of our younger guys fancied one of the waitresses! 😍

Tonight we are back at Easterhouse Sports Centre as usual. 6pm - 9pm. Pop in for some chat, some company and a bit of banter!

The sun is shining over Easterhouse today, nice day to go for a walk or get some fresh air!

The guys from the group are going out for a meal this Tuesday, so our next meeting will be Tuesday 17th March, Easterhouse sports centre at 6pm.

Come along for chat, banter, tea/coffee and maybe a few games of pool!
