University of Strathclyde SIAM and IMA Student Chapter As part of SIAM and the IMA we aim to uphold the goals outlined above by providing practical assistance where requested as well as hosting fun social events.

We are a group of PhD students from Strathclyde that, as part of SIAM and IMA, aim to promote the application of mathematics in industry through social and academic events. The 2021/2022 Committee Members

The chapter is pleased to announce that our former president, Hannah-May D’Ambrosio, has been awarded the 2021 SIAM-IMA Student Chapter Certificate of Recognition.

Hannah has been a member of the Strathclyde SIAM-IMA Student Chapter for 3 years and has been crucial in planning a wide variety of events during that time.
