🌟 PLAYER SPOTLIGHT: ARHAM 🌟

Hard work over the winter is already paying off for Arham 👏🏽

Over the past few months, Arham has shown real commitment to his development, putting in consistent work at Wicketz sessions, club training with Clydesdale Cricket Club , and as part of the MCC Foundation Hub U15 programme.

But what stands out most about Arham isn’t just his cricket ability.

At Wicketz, he has become a role model amongst the group, always encouraging teammates, helping younger participants, and passing on his knowledge despite still being young himself. His attitude, energy, and willingness to support others is exactly what community cricket is all about.

Last week, Arham’s hard work translated onto the pitch as he scored a brilliant retired 50 in his first Vitality U15s Cup match for Clydesdale 👏🏽🏏

A fantastic achievement and a reflection of the effort he continues to put in behind the scenes.

Well done Arham — keep working, keep learning, and keep inspiring others 💙💛

🚣‍♀️ Helena Nabili Pinkston Panthers
An exceptional young canoeist whose incredible performances earned her a spot on Team GB at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Skopje! Helena is already a multiple UK and Scottish Champion and she’s only just getting started. 🌊🇬🇧

🤸‍♀️ Iona Timmons City of Glasgow Gymnastics Club
A determined gymnast with an upper limb difference who’s breaking barriers and making history! Iona proudly represented Scotland at the first ever Para Gymnastics International competition and is a British Champion on floor and all-around. 🏅

🏏 Ali Khan Clydesdale Cricket Club
A rising cricket star and Scotland Under-19 international who’s heading to the Under-19 World Championships! Ali also helped his club clinch six domestic trophies this year, including the Scottish Cup and League Title. 🏆👏

Last night, Clydesdale Cricket Club hosted us for some rainy and cold but fun cricket Tapeball games 🏏

It was unbelievable to see some playing in 👕s and 🩳s😵‍💫🥶 but they definitely had a lot of fun!!
