At Southside Housing, we believe everyone has the right to feel safe, respected and valued in their home and community.

🚫 Hate has no place in our communities.

If you experience or witness a hate crime or hate incident because of someone’s race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other aspect of who they are, you can report it and get support.

🤝 Did you know that Southside Housing is a Third Party Reporting Centre?

You don’t have to report directly to the police if you don’t feel comfortable doing so. Our trained staff can support you to report a hate crime or incident in a safe, confidential and supportive environment.

📞 You can also report directly to Police Scotland on 101 or 999 in an emergency.

World Mental Health Day | 10 October

Today is a reminder of the importance of mental health — not just today, but every day, for everyone.

We’re encouraging everyone to take a moment to check in with themselves, reach out to someone they care about, and remember that it’s okay to ask for support when it’s needed.

A simple conversation, a listening ear or a little kindness can make a real difference.

Let’s look after ourselves, look out for each other, and remind one another that we’re stronger together.

If you receive a call claiming to be from Southside Housing Association regarding damp or mould, please hang up and do not provide any personal or property information.
Stay vigilant and help protect yourself from scam calls.
