π Hustle gets a bad reputation. We think it's time to change that.
Somewhere along the way, "hustle" became about burning out, grinding endlessly, and making money at any cost. We don't think that's hustle. We think that's just exhaustion with a better Instagram filter.
Real hustle? That's when what you do every day actually lines up with who you are.
After its popularity at Remote Alba Fest last year, NomadAlba Collective is exploring launching How to Find Your Hustle β a full day masterclass session for females in Glasgow, Dundee, Helensburgh.
Inspired by the Japanese concept of ikigai β the sweet spot between what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what can sustain you β this programme will help you:
β¦ Cut through the noise and get clear on what actually matters to you
β¦ Identify your real skills and values to build out a career portfolio (not just what looks good on a CV)
β¦ Connect your ideas to causes and communities you genuinely care about
β¦ Walk away with a business or social enterprise idea that's truly yours
Live in-person sessions in the local area + flexible online learning β built around your life, not the other way around.
But first β we want to know if there's appetite for this.
