📢📢We are excited to announce that we are hiring for two new part-time positions 📢📢

Our “Strong Starts, Strong Futures – Empowering Roma Families” programme has been designed to provide support and promote empowerment to children and families at some of the most critical life stages, focusing on;

Early Years Intervention –to support families with young children, offering culturally ­sensitive parenting support and encourage skill building

Primary to Secondary School Transitions – A transitions lead will help children and their families navigate the critical move into secondary school, supporting both academic engagement and family confidence.

Roma: An occupational history (an exhibition for Gypsy, Roma and Traveller History Month)

Thank you so much to everyone who came to our GRTHM celebration on Friday, we had so much fun!

The exhibition launched at the event will be on for the next week, please come by for a visit!

Roma: An occupational history

Created for GRTHM 2026, this exhibition explores some of the traditional occupations, skills, and contributions of different Roma communities across generations. Come and explore with us this fascinating history!

Veľmi pekne ďakujeme všetkým, ktorí prišli na našu oslavu GRTHM v piatok – veľmi sme si ju užili!
Výstava, ktorá bola otvorená počas podujatia, bude prístupná aj počas nasledujúceho týždňa, preto vás srdečne pozývame na návštevu.

Táto výstava, vytvorená pri príležitosti GRTHM 2026, predstavuje niektoré z tradičných povolaní, zručností a prínosov rôznych rómskych komunít naprieč generáciami.

Govanhill's Got Talent returns for another incredible Year and this time, BIGGER and BETTER then ever!

Do you sing, Dance, rap, play an instrument, perform Magic, tell jokes or have a talent to share? We want to Hear from You!

As one of the most multicultural neighbourhoods in the UK, Govanhill is home to an amazing mix of culture, language, traditions , and talents. This show is a celebration of some of the people who make our community so vibrant and unique.
