An exciting opportunity has become available to join our amazing team at The Mallard as a Lead Children’s Worker!

💷 Salary: £29,697 – £33,225

This is a rewarding and meaningful role supporting children and young people with additional support needs within our short breaks service. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, motivated, reliable, and passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives.

As a Lead Children’s Worker, you will play an important role in:
✨ Supporting and caring for young people
✨ Leading shifts and supporting staff
✨ Creating fun, safe, and nurturing experiences
✨ Promoting positive outcomes and wellbeing
✨ Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team

GO2 would like to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported our sponsored walk! 💙

We set out with the goal to walk 31 miles, a mile for each of our amazing young people, and we smashed our target and manged over 65 miles!

Thanks to your kindness and generosity, we’ve been able to raise an amazing £1700 so far, there is still some time left to donate if you wish.
