✨ Buddy Club Day Out! ✨

Today, the Buddy Club enjoyed a fantastic visit to Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. We had a lovely walk around, exploring the fascinating artefacts and learning about Scotland’s and the world’s rich history.

As if that wasn’t enough, we were treated to a beautiful performance by the choir, making our visit even more special. To top it all off, we had an amazing surprise appearance from none other than Scotland’s very own Amy Macdonald! 🎶

A wonderful day filled with history, music, smiles, and great company. Thank you to everyone who helped make today so memorable!

Today the Well Walk Group enjoyed a lovely walk around Cuningar Loop. ☀️ The sun was shining, we got our steps in, and made the most of the beautiful weather while enjoying great company. A perfect way to spend the day! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🌳

☀️ Community Walk Around Barrhead ☀️

Yesterday, our Well Walk Group enjoyed a fantastic 6km walk around our local community in Barrhead. The sun was shining, the weather was beautiful, and everyone had a great time getting outdoors, staying active, and enjoying each other’s company. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🌞

On Wednesday the well walk group took the mini bus out to Lochwinnoch and went on a nice walk around Castle Semple Loch

On Wednesday the well walk group went on a local walk around Barrhead, we walked up to see how the new train station 🚂 is getting on. one of our members request to visit it

Today the Well Walk group headed out for a lovely local walk around Barrhead 🚶‍♀️🌿

We covered 4.81 km and clocked just under 6,500 steps — a great effort by everyone! It was a fantastic way to enjoy the fresh air, good company, and stay active together.

Looking forward to the next walk already! 👟
