Today the Well Walk group headed out for a lovely local walk around Barrhead πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸŒΏ

We covered 4.81 km and clocked just under 6,500 steps β€” a great effort by everyone! It was a fantastic way to enjoy the fresh air, good company, and stay active together.
