This was received yesterday from the Enforcement officer. Dandy was supposed to provide an update by the end of May regarding the Cathodic protection system that was never connected and still isn't.

Further - I have just seen this email so will respond in conjunction with a few minutes ago.

I do not have any further update at this time.
I cannot give advice as outside of my remit. Other than I would suggest being open and honest with any Insurer.

Factually, it appears to be an alleged breach of a Section 106 which is a legal agreement.
I am happy to review any planning conditions that you may be making an allegation have not been complied with?

Currently we are expecting an application for amended planning permission [not on any matters to which as far as I am aware form any of the basis for your complaint] and an amended S.106 for consideration by the LPA - Which I suspect will be of interest and once I am able to publish information the public realm I will be sending a substantive update.

A builder previously associated with Building Solutions, which reportedly entered administration owing creditors approximately £1.5 million, appears to be continuing operations under a new company name, CJM.

Reports indicate that this individual has a history of failing to pay contractors and suppliers. It is understood that the business model relies heavily on borrowed funds rather than sustainable operations. Furthermore, the standard of work delivered has frequently fallen below acceptable industry standards.

Prospective clients and contractors are strongly advised to exercise due diligence before engaging with this company. Verify references thoroughly, insist on clear written contracts, and consider independent inspections of any completed work.

I have been made aware that after Sean Dandy called a meeting at the Village Hall due to complaints of inappropriate activity and unethical business practices. Well Mr Dandy hired the Village Hall and after several months i believe there is a £30 outstanding charge to to the Parish. Its not much but its the principal.

The Cathodic Protection System to the Dam is still not powered up or been relocated.
This is a planning condition and puts the integrity of the Dam at Risk
