Thank you Frome! You certainly connected with the project. A project that saw the seeds of ideas turn into realities as we launched new groups, made new friends and danced and laughed along the way. It was never meant to be high profile. Connectedness can be as simple as stopping to hear the birds sing. A collection of little moments that help to enrich and help you to feel a part of a bigger whole. A sense that you matter. That everyone and everything you encounter can help with your physical and mental wellbeing and strengthen your identity and your ability to cope with the stresses and strains of every day life. Walk away from the negative inputs or at least try not to let them impact your whole existence. Gather the positive experiences. Celebrate the small wins. Celebrate yourself and this amazing town we call home.

A relaxed, monthly volunteer gathering to support nature restoration. Rooted in a spirit of community and curiosity. Join us to learn new skills, spend time in nature, and connect with like-minded folk. Come and spend a few hours in nature doing something that matters...

Free A4 'Power of Connection' posters (same design as below) available from Frome Town Council reception, Victoria Park Cafe and Hung Drawn and Quoted shop at the top of Catherine Hill.

Also the last lot of free Boulder Room passes will be available tomorrow, Saturday morning, at Victoria Park Cafe at 9am. I will be in at one of the tables for half an hour. When the tickets have gone, they have gone as there are only a limited number left.

Little St Aldhelm had another great adventure this weekend , visiting the walled garden in Mells, The Radstock museum and a walk around Frome with Darcy. He also attended Rainbows!

We had the first ever Trains Connect social group this month as part of Frome Connects month. It was such a success that we needed to find a bigger venue, so in June we will be in the main hall at the Cheese and Grain, June 12th 10:30-12 noon. Please share with anyone who you think might be interested.

Frome Boulder Rooms have kindly given us 5 family vouchers for one entry and 10 individual passes for one entry (first come first served, when they have gone we will not be able to give out any more). Ideally for people who haven’t been before.

We will also be starting to give out free 'Power of Connection' posters created for Frome Connects.
