We spend so much of our time focusing on the people who receive care. But this week, we’re asking an essential question:
Who is looking after the people who care?
Social care workers make an incredible, irreplaceable difference every single day—yet too many across our sector face stress, burnout, and a lack of recognition. People don't just stay for a job; they stay where they feel truly valued, supported, and appreciated.
At Care Anchor Kent CIC, we believe taking care of our team is the foundation of everything we do.
That’s why we’re currently restructuring for 2027. We’ve taken a honest look at what’s worked, listened to what hasn't, and are actively building a exciting new direction for our work over the next three years—putting worker well-being, support, and sustainable care right at the heart of our future.
