Flintshire PSFA, Flintshire (Sir y Fflint) (2026)

16/10/2026

Huge congratulations to our Flintshire Primary School Football Association team on a fantastic performance tonight against a very strong Wrexham Schools side! ⚽🔥

Both teams put on a brilliant display, showcasing the incredible talent across the North East Wales region. The quality of football on show was exceptional!

An extra special mention to Harri and Reuben, who have been selected as our squad captains, and Harri and Will, who have been selected as vice-captains for the 2026-27 season! 👏 Their teamwork, communication, leadership and will to win during preseason have been commendable, setting a fantastic example for the entire squad.

Llongyfarchiadau, boys! Keep up the hard work! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿⚽🏆

🏆 Flintshire Primary Schools FA – 2025/2026 Presentation Evening 🏆

Last night, we celebrated an incredible season at our annual presentation evening! We were honoured once again to welcome back former player and ex-professional footballer Ryan Shawcross, who kindly presented the boys with their awards, answered their questions, and shared some invaluable advice. We are incredibly grateful for his time, his professionalism, and his willingness to inspire the next generation. 🙌⚽

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Flintshire PSFA - Proud in Cardiff! ⚽️

What an incredible day of football at the Welsh Schools Tom Yeoman All Wales Finals!

Yesterday, our squad travelled to Cardiff to face off against the absolute best teams and players in the country. To say they "played out of their skins" would be an understatement—every single player gave it their all, showing immense heart, skill, and determination on the pitch.

After a hard-fought battle, we narrowly lost out in the semi-final against a very strong Gwynedd side. A huge congratulations to Gwynedd on your success and for a fantastic game! 🤝

A Season to Remember -
While the result didn't go exactly our way, we couldn't be prouder. Finishing in the Top 4 in the whole of Wales is a massive achievement that speaks volumes about the talent in Flintshire.

To our Players: We are so proud of each and every one of you. You’ve represented your county with pride and should hold your heads high.

To our Coaches: A huge thank you for your tireless hard work, commitment, and guidance throughout the entire season.

To the Parents & Families: Thank you for the endless miles, the early starts, and for cheering the boys on in Cardiff. These are memories the boys will cherish forever.

To our Sponsors: Your support makes this all possible. Thank you for investing in our young athletes!

Llongyfarchiadau i bawb! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿👏🏼
