We provide informal peer-support talking groups for men with mental health issues and concerns.

Our Next Man Down Fleet meeting is tonight, Thursday the 11th of June at the Elvetham Heath Community Centre, The Key, Fleet GU51 1HA

Man Down is a mens (18+) group dedicated to removing the stigma and getting men talking.

Just turn up, its free to attend, no need to book, listen or join in and share, it's up to you, no pressure. We offer peer support from lived experiences, we are safe, non-judgemental, supportive and completely confidential.

The group currently meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month Meetings start at 19:00 and we aim to finish at 21:00.
