THIS SATURDAY (27/6) is not only our monthly 5K Your Way. Move Against Cancer meet-up at Trelissick parkrun...
..it's also our SECOND BIRTHDAY! Go us!!!!

Come and join us to walk / jog / run / volunteer / support / sip tea / eat cake, whatever your thing may be! Meeting from 8:30am, with Parkrun/Parkwalk starting at 9am.

SeaChange Retreats CIC offer FREE surfing, yoga and wellbeing weekends for people affected by cancer.

This one (July 11th & 12th) is for those recovering after cancer.

It's a brilliant way to do something fun, joyful and relaxing after treatment, and to meet others.

We’re so excited to launch our next Recovering After Cancer retreat, on the 11th and 12th of July in Newquay 🤩

Bringing together surfing, yoga, a rest & energy management workshop and an immersive session (more details TBA shortly!), our Recovering After Cancer retreats aim to nourish mind, body and soul and help you get back on your feet to face some of the challenges posed by recovery after cancer.

Join the Cove Macmillan for their next walk. Meeting at Penzance Train Station @10.30am, we'll head along the sea front towards Wherrytown, Newlyn and the on to Mousehole. The walk is about 3.5miles along flat pavements. there is a regular bus route that follows the walk. on arrival at Mousehole we will get the participants a well deserved drink.
