TODAY!
This relaxed and inclusive event will bring together patients, staff, community groups and local services to share experiences of accessing mental health support. The workshop will explore what works well, the challenges people face, and how digital access and human connection can work together to improve support. Participants can contribute through discussion, writing, doodling, listening, or simply sharing their thoughts. No artistic experience is required. The ideas gathered will help create a shared jigsaw artwork representing current gaps in support and opportunities for a more connected future.
