Here are a selection of photos from our 30th Anniversary Celebration! 🎉

It was such a brilliant day and evening, and it’s been lovely looking back through all the memories.

You may notice the photos seem to get progressively worse and more out of focus as the evening goes on… absolutely no idea why that could have happened 😉🍺😂

A huge thank you again to everyone who came along, supported the event, helped out, and made the day so special. ❤️

🎉 Thank you! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our 30th Anniversary Celebration yesterday.

Despite the weather doing its best to keep us on our toes, we still had an amazing day, and it was brilliant to see so much support from the community. 💙

We’ll be adding photos to our website and page soon… once we’ve all recovered! 😂

Thank you again to everyone who attended, helped, supported, volunteered, organised, baked, cooked, served, set up, packed away, and kept smiling through it all. It really means a lot. 👏

CLASSIC CAR RUN – SATURDAY 6TH JUNE

A big thank you to everyone who has already confirmed they’ll be joining the Classic Car Run this Saturday as part of Hoxne Pavilion’s 30th Anniversary Community Day.

The run will start from The Swan Inn, Hoxne at 11:00am, with the car park open from 10:00am for arrivals.

The route should take just over an hour, followed by a classic vehicle display at Hoxne Playing Field & Pavilion from around 12:00pm.

If you don’t wish to take part in the run, you’re very welcome to come directly to the playing field and join the display there.

The weather is looking a little “changeable” at the moment, but fingers crossed we get a dry day! 🤞

Classic cars, vehicles from the 90s, especially 1996, and any vehicles of interest are all very welcome.

See you Saturday! 🚘🎉

Update from Ed’s Plaice 🐟🍟

Ed won’t be up at the Pavilion this Thursday.

Ed’s Plaice will also not be in Pulham on Wednesday 27th, Hoxne on Thursday 28th, or Wortham on Friday 29th, due to work being carried out on the van.

Sorry for any inconvenience — Ed will be back next week as normal.

We’re not sure who cleaned up the mess we posted about the other day — but if it was those responsible, thank you.

And if anyone else stepped in to help, thank you as well. It’s spotless now, and we really appreciate it. 👏

EDIT: THIS HAS BEEN CLEANED UP

We completely understand that kids enjoy making dens and having somewhere to hang out. Most of us did the same when we were younger.

However, we do need to ask that the area is respected.

Please can all rubbish and mess be cleared up, and please do not take or move our benches. Fires are also not allowed under any circumstances.

There is also broken glass and a hammer left behind, which is obviously dangerous and needs to be removed.

If the area isn’t cleaned up within the next few weeks, everything left behind will be removed and put in a skip.

Thank you for your understanding.
